Is an Administrator, a Risk and safety Solution Consultant with over 35 years of experience in Safety Management Systems & Compliance, and a recently appointed Expert Advisor for Global Incident Alert Network in USA. Dominga is an ISO 9001 conformity assessor, certified Lead Safety Auditor and IRCA Certified ISO 22000:2018 lead auditor. She holds a Master’ and Bachelor's from the UK. She is a fellow of many safety & risk institutions in the UK and Nigeria, she co-established & pioneer Director General/CEO of the Lagos State Safety Commission, first as an Office of Public Safety for 4years then later worked the birth of a signed Law The Lagos State Safety Commission vide Law No. 6 of July 26th, 2011. Her passion for humanity and admirable courage made her create integrate regulatory inspectorates and the local government safety structure called Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps. Her professional focus has been to further simplify safety culture and reduce poverty through Artificial Intelligence. Her experience across private/public service enables her to consult effectively as a consultant for SAFETYPLUS ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD (OEMs & exporters in Africa, provide safety solutions to organisations and empower the youth to positively navigate through life). She is a philanthropist member of Rotary Club, Ikeja South, chairs the disaster relief & risk reduction committee and is an advisory board member of Young Women in IT (YWiIT) amongst other NGOs.
